...is one of the world’s premier specialty chemical companies, operating in more than 90 countries – including manufacturing facilities, research laboratories, sales and technical service offices. With 160 years of experience, ISP serves 6000 customers around the globe.

ISP contracted Cougar Technology Group to customize its Pivotal installation and to connect and keep Pivotal synchronized with its back office systems. Some of the many challenges included dealing with multiple data sources, different localizations and amounts of data.

As a result ISP now has several offices in different countries using same CRM system which facilitated data flow and improved timeliness of reporting.
